ArcelorMittal comments on Taranto court decision concerning AFO2

ArcelorMittal takes note of the decision of the Court of Taranto, sent to ILVA in AS, to reject the revocation of the seizure of the blast furnace 2.
ArcelorMittal, is not a party in the legal proceeding, but is in any case investigating the repercussions that this decision may have for the operation of the Taranto plant.
The company has prepared a timetable for closing the blast furnace 2 as requested. However ArcelorMittal hopes that an alternative solution will be found as the operation of the blast furnace 2 is an integral part of the sustainability of the Taranto site.
