LQ mechatronic systems is premium supplier of Trumpf Group

Since 2008, "LQ Mechatronik-Systeme" has been developing the coveted title "Premium Supplier" of the TRUMPF Group every year. The cooperation between the companies has grown successfully, and continuous optimization is part of the improvement process, so that in 2019 LQ will again be one of the exclusive circle of premium suppliers at TRUMPF.
As such, the system supplier for electromechanical equipment not only meets the special requirements of the world's leading supplier of machine tools, but also flexibly adapts to the needs of the customer. Manufacturers of machines and systems are increasingly focusing on introducing complete systems from external partners punctually, with high quality and tested in the assembly processes.
Cables and modular control cabinets are currently included in delivery. The LQ Group combines certain components into functional units both for the control and the installation of a machine, which are then delivered to the customer ready for installation and function-tested. The range of services also includes engineering, construction and assembly of the equipment as well as logistics and service.

On specially designed cable trolleys TRUMPF receives the required cable and hose sets exactly as they are processed on site. No cable car is like the other: The equipment at LQ is exclusively equipped for orders and then goes directly to TRUMPF. Both the just-in-time delivery of complete systems and the just-in-sequence products play an important role in preventing standing lines. Short distances, reduced waiting times and search times for the right cable set are a thing of the past.
