Works council of Thyssenkrupp criticizes overdue leadership issue of Tata joint venture

by David Fleschen

The Thyssen-Krupp steel cookers have sharply criticized the slow resolution of management questions for the planned steel joint venture with Tata Steel, as the German newspaper "Handeslblatt" reports. "There is much to discuss, but we lack the contact persons," said Thyssen-Krupp Steel Europe Works Council Leader Tekin Nasikkol on Wednesday in front of journalists in Duisburg. "I have to criticize that."

It must be clarified between the partners with their locations in Germany, the Netherlands and Great Britain, who, what, where, what produce. "We want to be involved in the decisions." The management board must be named this year. "If not, then there is Ramba Zamba."

ThyssenKrupp boss Guido Kerkhoff had recently announced that the management issue of the steel joint venture will be resolved before Christmas. A promising candidate for the chief position is the current head of Thyssen-Krupp Steel Europe, Andreas Goss.
